The pool and lazy river are lovely, however due to weather we were unable to enjoy it. It is a casino hotel so your arrival experience is one of heavy smell of cigarettes. The hotel itself is very old and worn out. Also, as we left our room to leave the hotel a housekeeper was very hospitable and kind. The young man working valet was prompt and courteous. Actually, I would like to make a couple of amendments ….
Including the young lady who was taking our breakfast order with huge sighs and a very surly attitude. And this interaction with the hotel associates continued throughout our stay. We did not get a welcome or a smile or even any eye contact. The front desk agent never said anything hospitable. The agent that answered my call was short and sounded extremely irritated with having to deal with me. It began with making a reservation which, unfortunately you cannot make online.
