R2A continues to consult with Harrah’s PA management team to provide a gaming experience unique to their brand. In addition, R2A was retained to design a slot reconfiguration of the entire casino floor to coincide with carpet replacement including developing phasing plans for the contractors and properties use to minimize disruption to the operation of the casino and the guest experience.
